1. How quickly can I get my E-Walker?

We process orders and ships within 48 hours. E-Walker ships by UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, or others. It can take 7 business days to receive your order. Tracking information will be provided for you once your order has been placed and a shipping label has been created.

 

2. Do I have to pay taxes?

Depending on your country’s laws, Usually, most orders will not be charged taxes or just a few.

 

3. Do you sell any replacement parts?

Yes, We sell replacement parts. To find the list of replacement parts, click on the Accessories tab on the homepage.

 

4. Can I bring an E-Walker Chair on a commercial airplane?

Yes! When booking your flight reservation, request the Disability Concierge mark your ticket as “traveling with a medical device using an IATA-approved lithium-ion battery”. We can provide you with battery safety inspection certificates if requested.

 

5. What kind of Service and maintenance is required?

The E-Walker is designed to need minimal maintenance or service. It is recommended that an annual inspection be completed to ensure the safe operation of your mobility device.

 

6. Can the E-Walker fit in the trunk of my car?

Yes, the E-Walker is designed to fold and fit into the trunk of a small car. They do not require a trailer hitch car transport adaptor.

 

7. How far can you go on a single charge?

The travel range for a 6Ah battery (full charge) is around 12-15km, 10Ah is around 20-25KM.

 

8. What is the maximum climbing capacity that this chair can climb?

The E-Walker has been tested and rated up to a 12 degrees slope however, we would ask that you ensure that this is in dry conditions, on good road surfaces as this can affect the stability and traction.
